Coaches must register through MYSA annually to be eligible to coach in Chair City Soccer programs.
All coaches must complete a background check before working with players. Registration must be completed through MYSA to get started.
Coaches must complete U.S. Soccer's SafeSport training annually to recognize and prevent abuse, bullying, and misconduct. After the initial training, refresher classes are required annually.
Massachusetts law requires all coaches to complete concussion awareness training every 2 years.
