More Than a Soccer Club
Our mission is to develop our players, giving them the skills and knowledge they need to be successful at all levels of the game. We will do this through the education and development of our coaches, the implementation of a standardized curriculum for training our players, and the promotion of a fun and safe environment for all of our young athletes. Our vision is to be one of the best soccer clubs in the area. We will strive to be a role model for other clubs by setting the standard for developing players and teaching all aspects of the game.

A Club Built by the Community
Chair City Soccer was founded by dedicated parents and coaches who wanted to bring quality youth soccer to the Gardner area. Our name honors Gardner's proud heritage as the "Chair City" — a community built on hard work and pride. Today we serve players from Gardner, Templeton, Baldwinville, Phillipston, and Winchendon with both competitive travel teams and a recreational fall league.

Our home games are played at Gardner High School on both grass and turf fields. Come out and cheer on your Chair City Soccer players!

Manages player registrations and ensures all participants are properly enrolled each season. Also ensures all coaches are up to date with certifications & annual registration.

Treasurer
Oversees club finances, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Secretary
Handles club communications, meeting records, and administrative support.

Director of Player Development & Field director
Leads coaching education initiatives and player development programs across all age groups. Also responsible for field set up & scheduling.

Represents Chair City Soccer within the Nashoba Valley soccer community.
